We lived a year. Year of war. Year of terror, destruction, death and suffering. Today we remembered the state we were in one year ago: scared, confused, uncertain about our future. Some of us were seeking refuge in the Western part of Ukraine, others stayed home scrolling incoming news from the front lines but no matter where we were, we all were praying for Ukraine and our people. Today we continue to cry out to our Lord, to pray for our soldiers and leadership. We feel scared but we learned to control our fears. We are not confused because we adapted to these circumstances. We are certain that victory awaits us in the future. Our Lord gives us strength to pass through this valley of death and hopefully soon we will reach the other side. We want to live a year. Year of peace. Year of joy, development and growth. P.S. Photo is from liberated Kherson – the only regional center that russians managed to capture.
